Terms of Service

1. About Story Gen

Story Gen is a private, single-user workspace for creating short-form videos. It is currently provided only for the owner’s personal use and is not an open, multi-user platform.

2. Using the service

Use Story Gen only for lawful video generation. You are responsible for the prompts, scripts, links, images, audio, and other material you provide, and for reviewing every generated result before using or sharing it.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of content you create and of material you already own. You must have permission to use any third-party material you submit. Story Gen receives only the limited permission needed to process that material and produce the video you request.

4. Generated results

Automated results can contain mistakes, unexpected wording, or unsuitable material. Check all scripts, captions, audio, and video output. Do not rely on generated content as professional, legal, medical, financial, or safety advice.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Story Gen to create unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious content; impersonate someone without permission; distribute malware; or interfere with the service. Do not submit private information belonging to another person unless you are authorised to do so.

6. Availability

Story Gen is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, stop, or occasionally fail. Keep your own copies of important source files and finished videos. No promise is made that the service will always be available or error-free.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Story Gen is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the workspace, generated output, unavailable features, or loss of files. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated when the workspace changes. The latest version and update date will remain available on this public page.
